What is a good eyeshadow palette?
Recently, I was very intrigued by the Coastal Scents 88 eye palette. I was going to buy it, but then I realized it was made with talc and in China. Then I heard about the Manly Cosmetics 120 palette. Is that made in China? Is there a good palette with a fair amount of colors which is NOT made in China? Disregard the price, that’s really not one of my concerns.
Coastal Scents is an excellent palette.
